Term 3 Week 5 Pukekos make good friends.

Welcome back to another week for Pukekos.

We are always excited to see you in Room 33 at Cockle Bay School.

Today we were talking about friendship and what makes a good friend.

We talked about what good friends look like, what they do and what kind of words they use when they talk to each other.

Great work team!

It was really exciting when we got to do a role play. Our Green hat had to ask the red hat if he could play with her. 

"No" she said.

It was our careful black hat that solved the problem and showed what a good friend was.

Well done black hatter!

In the end we enjoyed a dance and song together.

Term 3 Week 4 Pukekos in Room 33

Welcome Pukekos to Room 33.

We have been learning in our new shared space. Room 33 has been set up for us in the library.

Our letter of the week is B. We have been talking about words that start with B.

While we sit together we are learning to work as a team. We can enjoy new friendships and help each other.

We can push down hard with our crayons to make the picture darker.

Our highlight of week 4 has been welcoming a new member to our Pukeko family.

So this week we learned all about the sound of  Pp - we made pink pigs. Take a look at the pig - we stuck them in our literacy books so we could take them home and share them.
